Seven Seven Ops / Trades & home servicesRoofing, HVAC, auto body, and home service companies

You're paying for leads you never call back.

Form fills sit in an inbox until tonight. Quotes go out and nobody follows up. You can't tell which ads actually bring jobs. We fix the leaks in seven days.

01 / The gap

Software runs your systems. People still run the work between them.

Every lead gets logged and answered in under a minute, every quote gets followed up, and you get a weekly report on where jobs come from.

02 / Before → After

Three jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Speed to lead

Before

Website requests go to an email inbox the owner checks after the last job of the day.

After

The customer gets a text within 60 seconds, the lead is logged, and the right person gets notified.

Response time: 6 hrs → 1 min
02

Quote follow-up

Before

Quotes get sent and forgotten. Nobody has time to call back every "let me think about it."

After

Friendly follow-ups go out automatically until the customer says yes or no, then it stops.

More closed quotes, zero extra calls
03

Lead source tracking

Before

You spend on Google, Angi, and yard signs, and you don't know which ones pay for themselves.

After

Every Monday: leads, quotes, and jobs won by source, in plain numbers, on your phone.

03 / Process

Live in 7 days. One price. No surprises.

01 · Day 0 · Free

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

Design

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–7

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

04 / Human + system

Automate the work. Keep people where judgment matters.

Nothing goes to a customer without a person able to approve it. AI handles the reading, drafting, and data entry. You keep the decisions.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions.

Q01I'm not a tech person. Will I have to manage this?

No. You'll get texts and a weekly report. If something needs changing, you text us. We've built websites for roofing and auto body shops, and we build for owners who are on a roof, not at a desk.

Q02Do I have to switch software?

No. The point is to make the tools you already pay for work together. If something you use truly can't connect, we'll tell you on the call, before you spend a dollar.

Q03What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q04Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q05Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q06What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
