Privacy Policy

Seven Seven Ops is the name I use for Fearn Services LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. I am Dakota Fearn. This policy covers sevensevenops.com: the pages, the forms, booking a call, the roofing demo, the demo dashboards, and text messages sent for that demo.
What I collect
If you only read the site, the analytics and technical data below are what I collect. If you write in or book a call, I also keep what you submit.
- Fit check (/start, sent to /api/start). First name, business name, email, phone if you add one, and your answers: kind of business, team size, software you run, where the week leaks, hours of busywork, and timing. Also the page that sent you, and any campaign tags (utm) on the link you clicked.
- Scorecard (/scorecard, sent to /api/subscribe). Email, the kind of business you picked, and your yes or no answers.
- Cost calculators (sent to /api/estimate). Email, which calculator, the numbers you entered, and the result the page calculated.
- Booking. When you pick a time, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time, and anything already filled in from the fit check, including your answers. I receive a copy of that booking.
- Roofing demo (/demo/roofing, sent to /api/demo/quote). Name, mobile phone, the kind of job, notes, and whether you checked the box to get a text. If you call or text the demo number, the phone number and what you say. Ridgeline Roofing on that page is a fictional example.
- Demo dashboards (/demos). The username you sign in with. The password is checked and then dropped. It is not saved in a database on this site.
A hidden field on the forms catches bots. If that field is filled, the submission is thrown away.
Analytics, cookies, and your browser
I use PostHog, on their US cloud, to see which pages get used. The script loads on the marketing pages. Events go through this site first (/ingest) and then to PostHog. PostHog is set to keep a person profile only after you identify yourself, for example by sending your email or booking a time. Page views before that stay anonymous.
What that records:
- Pages you view, about when you leave, clicks (PostHog's default click tracking is on), device and browser, the page that referred you, and campaign tags.
- Actions the site records on purpose: which button you clicked, calculator use, scorecard start and finish, fit-check steps and the answers you picked, a booking opened, a time viewed, a booking completed or failed, an FAQ opened, and an email link clicked.
- When you submit a form or book, your email is attached to that profile. On the fit check, your name and business are attached too. The server-side copy of a lead also includes the phone number if you gave one.
PostHog sets a cookie (the name starts with ph_ and ends with _posthog) and uses local storage, so it can tell a return visit from a new one. The site leaves that default in place. A short notice on the page links here. Closing it is remembered in local storage on your browser (77_analytics_ok).
PostHog can also record a replay of a visit, such as mouse movement and page changes, if that switch is on in the PostHog project. The site code does not turn replay off, and it does not turn it on by itself. Whether replay runs follows the project setting.
Other things stored only in your browser:
- Campaign tags for the visit, in session storage (77_utms). They clear when the tab session ends.
- An in-progress fit check, in session storage (77_fitcheck), so a refresh does not wipe your answers. It clears when the tab session ends.
- After you sign in to the demo dashboards, a cookie named sso_demo (HTTP-only, about 30 days) so you stay signed in. Sign out at /demos/logout and it is cleared. This cookie is for access, not analytics.
Cloudflare hosts the site and sees ordinary request data, including IP address. The analytics proxy forwards that IP to PostHog. Your browser also requests the typefaces from Google Fonts. Cal.com may set its own cookies when you open the scheduler.
How I use it
I use it to reply, send the estimate or the scorecard follow-up, book the call, send the demo text you asked for, and see which pages are useful. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for other people's marketing.
Each form submission is emailed to me. The same details are saved as an event in PostHog. There is no separate database of leads on this site.
AI
Seven Seven Ops builds automations, and some of that work uses AI. A system may draft a follow-up that a person approves before it is sent. That happens under a separate written agreement with a client, not because you browsed this site.
This website does not send your form answers, email, or phone number to an AI provider. The site and its API do not call an AI service. I use AI tools to build the site and the systems I sell. Those tools do not receive the submissions this site collects.
Who else handles it
These companies process information so the site can run. They get what that job needs.
- PostHog (US cloud). Analytics, as described above.
- Cloudflare. Hosting for the pages and the API, and email routing. Form notifications are sent through Cloudflare Email.
- Google. The inbox that receives those notifications. Google Fonts also serves the type on the page, so your browser contacts Google to load the font files.
- Cal.com. Scheduling, when you open a calendar or book a time.
- Twilio. Text and voice for the roofing demo, when that demo line is connected. If it is not connected, the text is not sent.
- Jobber. The roofing demo can create a sample request, with name and phone, in a Jobber account when that account is connected. If it is not connected, nothing is sent to Jobber.
Your phone carrier carries any text or call. I don't control the carrier.
Text messages
If you call the demo number and the call is missed, or you submit the quote form at /demo/roofing and check the box, you may get texts about that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. The program details are in the terms.
I do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their marketing. Consent is not shared with affiliates for their own marketing. Delivery uses the providers named above: Twilio when the line is connected, and Jobber when that demo account is connected.
How long I keep it, and how to delete it
I keep form submissions and booking records for up to 24 months after our last message about them, then delete them, unless a contract or the law requires a longer hold. Analytics events stay in PostHog according to that project's retention. I delete an identified profile when you ask.
What you submit is not stored in a file bucket or an application database. A copy lives in my email, and the same details live in PostHog, until they are deleted. The site has no scheduled deletion job. When you ask, I delete the email, the PostHog profile, the Cal.com booking if there is one, and any Jobber sample the roofing demo created.
The fit-check draft and campaign tags live only in your browser until the tab session ends. The demo sign-in cookie lasts about 30 days, or until you sign out.
To see, correct, or delete your information, email [email protected]. A request to [email protected] reaches me too.
