Automation for Triangle small businesses, from someone who lives here.
I'm Dakota, and I'm based in Raleigh. I make the software local teams already pay for do the follow-up work: answering leads, chasing documents, working renewals, keeping the CRM current. Everything runs over video, so you don't lose an afternoon to a meeting, and I'm on Eastern time.
What I found on 775 Triangle business websites.
In October 2026 I looked at the public websites of small businesses across the Triangle and checked which tools they visibly embed. Most don't show their software at all, so these are floors, not totals. What it tells me: the tools are already paid for. The follow-up between them is still done by hand.

10+ years building CRM systems and integrations for a living.
I'm Dakota. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Over 10 years I've done that work across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C software: industrial asset-management software, clinical-trial technology for pharma, and mobile messaging and engagement platforms. Different industries, the same problem: important work stuck between systems.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
This runs alongside my day job by design. I take two builds a month, so each one gets my full attention, and you get a reply from me within one business day.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Show me the manual work. I'll show you the system.
20 minutes by phone or video. You show me the task that eats the most time. Within 24 hours you get a one-page written plan with a fixed price. Yours to keep either way.
