These terms cover sevensevenops.com. Seven Seven Ops is Fearn Services LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, operated by Dakota Fearn. Using the site means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The site

The writing here is general information about how I work. It is not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Examples, including Ridgeline Roofing and the demo dashboards, are fictional and use made-up data.

Calculators and the scorecard use the numbers you type. They are a way to start a conversation. They are not a promise of a result.

No account and no charge on this site

You do not open a paid account here. There is no free trial that turns into a charge, and no subscription to cancel on this site. Booking a call does not hire me. Client work starts with a separate written agreement. That agreement is where the scope is written, and where either of us can end the work.

You can cancel or move a booked call from the message Cal.com sends you. Cancelling a call is the same path as booking one: the link in that message.

How to use the site

Use the forms for your own inquiry. Don't send someone else's information without permission, don't try to break the site, and don't use it to send spam. I can ignore a submission that looks like abuse.

The writing and design are mine. You can use the guides in your own business. Don't copy the site and present it as your own.

As is

The site is provided as is. I don't promise it will be available every minute, or that a calculator result fits your business. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site. Where a limit like that is not allowed, it applies only as far as it can.

North Carolina law governs these terms.

SMS terms and conditions

This section covers texts from the roofing demo. The program name is "Dakota Fearn Lead Response." Messages come from Dakota Fearn.

  1. Program. When you call the demo number and the call is missed, or you submit the quote form at sevensevenops.com/demo/roofing and check the SMS consent box, Dakota Fearn sends texts about that request: a reply, and help arranging a call. The texts are about your request. Your number is not sold. Delivery uses Twilio when the demo line is connected, and the demo can add the request to Jobber when that account is connected. The Privacy Policy names every provider.
  2. Opt out. You can cancel the texts at any time. Text STOP to the number that texted you. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To join again, text START. Opting out of texts is as immediate as checking the box was.
  3. Help. Text HELP, or email [email protected].
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message frequency varies by request, typically 1 to 3 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy. I do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their marketing. Checking the box is not required to use the rest of the site, and it is not required to ask for an estimate on the demo page.
