Seven Seven Ops / B2B teamsSales and ops teams of 10–50 on HubSpot or Salesforce

Your reps are typing into the CRM instead of selling.

Leads sit unassigned. Call notes never make it in. Someone rebuilds the pipeline report every Monday. We fix that in ten days, with the CRM you already have.

01 / The gap

Software runs your systems. People still run the work between them.

Three automations that remove the manual work your team does most, plus AI call notes that update the CRM for them.

02 / Before → After

Three jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Lead routing

Before

Demo requests land in a shared inbox. Someone assigns them when they get to it, usually the next morning.

After

Each lead goes to the right rep by territory and company size, with a Slack ping and a task due in 15 minutes.

Speed-to-lead: hours → minutes
02

Call notes

Before

Reps paste notes into the CRM when they remember. Deal fields go stale. Managers ask "where is this deal?" in Slack.

After

Every recorded call becomes a summary, next steps, and updated deal fields. The rep reviews it in one click.

~4 hrs/week back per rep
03

Pipeline reporting

Before

Ops exports to a spreadsheet every Monday and builds the forecast by hand.

After

A pipeline summary posts to Slack at 8am Monday: what moved, what stalled, what closes this month.

03 / Process

Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.

01 · Day 0 · Free

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

Design

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–10

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

04 / Human + system

Automate the work. Keep people where judgment matters.

Nothing goes to a customer without a person able to approve it. AI handles the reading, drafting, and data entry. You keep the decisions.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions.

Q01Do you work with Salesforce or just HubSpot?

Both. Our founder has spent years building Salesforce and HubSpot integrations for a living, including the messy custom-object kind.

Q02Do I have to switch software?

No. The point is to make the tools you already pay for work together. If something you use truly can't connect, we'll tell you on the call, before you spend a dollar.

Q03What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q04Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q05Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q06What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
