Salesforce without a full-time admin.

You bought Salesforce to grow into. Now leads sit in a queue, opportunities go stale, and the one person who knows Flow is also your top rep. We build the automation an admin would, for a fixed price.

01 / The gap

Salesforce holds the data. People still move it.

Three automations that remove the manual work your team does most, plus AI call notes that update the CRM for them.

02 / Before → After

Three Salesforce jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Lead queue

Before

Web leads sit in a queue until someone has time to look up the account and pick an owner.

After

Leads are matched to existing accounts, assigned by your rules, and the owner gets an alert with context.

Speed-to-lead: hours → minutes
02

Opportunity hygiene

Before

Next steps and close dates are weeks out of date. Forecast calls turn into data-entry sessions.

After

Call summaries and suggested field updates appear on the opportunity after each call for the rep to confirm.

~4 hrs/week back per rep
03

Reporting

Before

Someone exports opportunities to Excel every Monday and builds the forecast by hand.

After

A plain-English pipeline summary posts Monday morning: what moved, what stalled, what closes this month.

03 / How we connect

Inside Salesforce. Not instead of it.

Some editions limit API access or Flow features. We check your edition on the call and tell you what that means before you commit.

01

Flow, not code

Routing and follow-ups are built in Salesforce Flow where possible, so any future admin can read and change them.

02

API for the rest

AI call notes and summaries run through the Salesforce API with a dedicated integration user and the narrowest permissions that work.

03

Sandbox first

If your edition has a sandbox, we build and test there. If not, we test on a small set of real records with your sign-off before turning anything on.

04 / Process

Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

Design

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–10

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions about Salesforce.

Q01Do you have real Salesforce experience?

Yes. Our founder has spent years building Salesforce and HubSpot integrations for a living, including custom objects, Flow, and API work.

Q02Will you touch our existing automations?

Only with your OK. We inventory what's running first, flag anything that conflicts, and document every change in the handoff notes.

Q03Can you clean up our data too?

Light cleanup (dedupe, required fields, picklist tidy-up) is part of the build when the automations need it. Big migrations are a separate quote.

Q04What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q05Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q06Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q07What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
