Estimates go out from Housecall Pro. Follow-ups never do.
Leads from your site, Google, and the phone end up in three places. Estimates get sent and forgotten. Marketing spend is a guess. We tie it together so every lead is answered and every estimate gets chased.
Housecall Pro holds the data. People still move it.
Every lead gets logged and answered in under a minute, every quote gets followed up, and you get a weekly report on where jobs come from.

Three Housecall Pro jobs that stop being your team's job.
Leads in one place
Web forms go to email, Google messages to your phone, calls to voicemail. Someone types them in later.
Every lead lands in Housecall Pro with its source, and the customer gets a reply right away.
Estimate follow-up
"Let me think about it" turns into silence, and nobody has time to call back.
Follow-ups go out on a schedule until the customer answers. You only call the ones who reply.
Ad spend
You spend on LSA, Google Ads, and mailers, and you can't say which ones bring booked jobs.
A Monday report with jobs and revenue by source, from the data already in Housecall Pro.
Representative examples based on systems we've built. Your numbers depend on your volume. Run your own numbers →
Inside Housecall Pro. Not instead of it.
Housecall Pro's API and integrations vary by plan. We check yours on the call and give you a fixed price that accounts for it.
Built-ins first
Housecall Pro has its own marketing and follow-up features on some plans. We turn on what you already pay for before adding anything.
Connected where needed
Lead capture from your site and reports pull through Housecall Pro's integrations, depending on your plan.
Texts, not dashboards
You get what you need as a text or short email, readable on a roof.
Live in 7 days. One price. No surprises.
Observe
A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.
Design
A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.
Build
Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.
Operate
Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.
Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.
I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.
Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.
The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.
Fair questions about Housecall Pro.
Q01Do I need to upgrade my Housecall Pro plan?
Maybe not. Some pieces can run outside Housecall Pro. If an upgrade is the cheaper path, we'll show you the math.
Q02I'm not a tech person. Will I have to manage this?
No. You'll get texts and a weekly report. If something needs changing, you text us.
Q03How fast can this be running?
Seven days from the kickoff call for the standard setup. You approve every customer-facing message first.
Q04What happens after it goes live?
You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.
Q05Where does the AI come in?
Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.
Q06Is my data safe?
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.
Q07What happens on the free teardown call?
20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
Show us the manual work. We'll show you the system.
