Every quote request gets re-keyed into EZLynx. Then nobody follows up.

Web requests come in as emails with half the details. A CSR chases the rest, keys it in, rates it, sends it, and moves on. We make intake arrive complete and follow-up happen on its own.

01 / The gap

EZLynx holds the data. People still move it.

Renewal outreach that runs on schedule, quote requests that arrive clean, and AI-drafted follow-ups your producers approve and send.

02 / Before → After

Three EZLynx jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Complete intake

Before

Quote requests are missing VINs, dates of birth, or prior carrier. A CSR calls back for each one.

After

The form asks for it, and missing items are requested by text or email before the CSR starts.

~20 min saved per quote
02

Open quotes

Before

Quotes go out once. If the prospect goes quiet, so does the agency.

After

Follow-ups go out on day 2, 5, and 10, drafted from the quote, until the prospect answers.

More quotes bound
03

Renewal shopping

Before

Clients with a big rate increase find out at renewal and shop on their own.

After

Renewals with large increases are flagged early so a producer can reach out first.

03 / How we connect

Inside EZLynx. Not instead of it.

EZLynx integration options are controlled by the vendor. We'll be clear on the call about which parts are automated and which are made faster.

01

Before EZLynx

Most of the time savings happen before rating: getting a complete, clean request in front of the CSR.

02

Around EZLynx

Direct data entry into EZLynx depends on what Applied allows for your agency. Where it's not available, we prepare data so keying is fast and error-free.

03

People approve

A CSR reviews every request before rating. A person approves every follow-up template.

04 / Process

Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.

01 · Day 0 · Free

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

02 · Day 1–2

A one-page plan: systems, rules, human checkpoints, fixed price.

03 · Day 3–10

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

04 · Ongoing · Optional

Operate

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions about EZLynx.

Q01Can you push applicants straight into EZLynx?

Sometimes. It depends on what your agency's EZLynx access allows. If not, we make intake complete and pre-formatted so keying takes minutes, not a back-and-forth.

Q02Is texting prospects compliant?

We only text people who asked for a quote and include opt-out on every message. Your compliance rules win if they are stricter.

Q03Does this work for commercial lines?

The follow-up and renewal pieces do. Intake is tuned for personal lines first; commercial intake is quoted separately.

Q04What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q05Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q06Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q07What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
