Your renewals live in Epic. Your renewal process lives in Excel.

Every month someone runs the expiration report, pastes it into a spreadsheet, and works it when there's time. We turn that report into scheduled tasks, client emails, and a weekly summary, logged back where it belongs.

01 / The gap

Applied Epic holds the data. People still move it.

Renewal outreach that runs on schedule, quote requests that arrive clean, and AI-drafted follow-ups your producers approve and send.

02 / Before → After

Three Applied Epic jobs that stop being your team's job.

01

Renewal outreach

Before

A monthly expiration report becomes a spreadsheet that gets worked when the office is quiet.

After

Each expiring policy gets tasks and client emails at 90, 60, and 30 days, with activity logged.

No more forgotten renewals
02

Remarketing prep

Before

For each renewal with a rate jump, a CSR gathers the policy details by hand before shopping it.

After

A prep sheet with coverages, prior premium, and claims history is ready before the 60-day mark.

~20 min saved per renewal
03

Principal view

Before

The principal finds out a big account is at risk when the client calls to cancel.

After

A weekly list of upcoming renewals by premium, with status and owner.

03 / How we connect

Inside Applied Epic. Not instead of it.

Applied Epic access varies agency by agency. We'll confirm exactly what's possible with yours on the call, before you commit to anything.

01

Start from what Epic exports

We start with the reports and activities your agency already uses, so nothing about your Epic setup has to change.

02

Deeper where allowed

Direct connections to Epic depend on what your agency's Applied agreement allows. Where they're available we use them; where not, we automate around scheduled exports.

03

Producers stay in charge

AI drafts the email. A producer edits and sends. Nothing goes to a client without a person approving it.

04 / Process

Live in 10 days. One price. No surprises.

Observe

A 20-minute teardown. You show us how the work happens today.

03 · Day 3–10

Build

Built inside your tools, tested on real data, nothing to migrate.

Walkthrough video and notes. $300/mo if you want us on call.

05 / OperatorWho's behind this

Built by an operator. Years of doing this for a living.

I'm Dak. By day I lead data and integrations at a software company: connecting CRMs, building company-wide automations, and rolling out internal AI tools people actually use.

Seven Seven Ops is the same work, sized for teams of 2 to 50. You talk to me, I build it, and I stay on it until it runs. No account managers. No junior handoffs.

The name is for my daughter, born in 2026. I started this to spend less of my life on busywork. Now I take it off other people's plates.

06 / Questions

Fair questions about Applied Epic.

Q01Does this need Applied to approve anything?

The export-based version doesn't. A direct integration may, depending on your agreement. We start with the version that works today.

Q02Is client data sent to an AI company?

Only the fields needed to draft an email, through a business API that does not train on your data. We document exactly what goes where.

Q03Can it handle commercial lines?

Yes, and that's often where it pays most: fewer policies, bigger premiums, more prep per renewal.

Q04What happens after it goes live?

You own everything we build, with a short walkthrough video and written notes. If you want us to watch it and make small changes, that's $300/month and you can cancel anytime. Most people keep it for the first few months, then decide.

Q05Where does the AI come in?

Only where it saves real time: summarizing calls, drafting follow-ups, pulling data out of emails and PDFs. A person still approves anything that goes to a customer. No chatbots for the sake of chatbots.

Q06Is my data safe?

We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We don't copy your customer data anywhere it doesn't need to be, and we'll sign an NDA if you want one.

Q07What happens on the free teardown call?

20 minutes on Google Meet. You show us the task that eats the most time, we tell you how we'd automate it and what it would cost. You leave with a plan either way. No slides, no pitch.
